ABBYY to take to the high seas at the prestigious Rolex Middle Sea Race 2021 | Your money

With an international crew sailing offshore around two active volcanoes and six Mediterranean islands, ABBYY Chairman of the Management Board and seasoned yachtsman, Robert youngjohns, will participate in the 42nd Rolex Middle Sea Race of the Royal Malta Yacht Club (RMYC), the first offshore race of 606 nautical miles, on Saturday 23 October. On board the ABBYY Antelope, Susan Glenny will be skippering the XP44 yacht with sailors from the United States. , United Kingdom and Netherlands.

She represented Ireland at the 2020 European Mixed Keelboat at Sea Championships in Genoa, Italy, captained the first all-women team to complete the difficult Caribbean 600 race and skippered several transatlantic races. Additionally, Glenny was the top rated skipper in the 2019 RORC Global Series Championship and his boat âOlympia’s Tigressâ won the Edmund Whelan Trophy in Cowes Week 2019.
